The Institutes book “Taking Stock” gives the facts, the figures and the guidelines to becoming an effective Catering and Licensed Trades specialist.

Stock Auditor
The Bi-monthly magazine for the Institute of Licensed Trade Stock Auditors. Published in February, April, June, August, October and December each year. Free to ILTSA members, subscriptions are also available for a moderate charge to cover postage and printing.
