Biography:

After spending two years at Hotel & Catering School from 1966-1968, Trevor then went on to have several jobs in the catering industry in London & Jersey. He later spent a very interesting eighteen months in Lagos, Nigeria as Food & Beverage Manager before settling back in this country as Manager of a hotel in Guildford.

After spending ten years running his own restaurant in the centre of Guildford he decided it was time to sell and started up his own stocktaking business in 1987.

Trevor joined the Institute in 1991 and was elected onto council in 1998. Trevor has been treasurer of the Institute for the last four years and is honoured to be taking over as chairman in May 2009 when his objective will be to promote and expand the membership of the Institute
